Anyone here belong to Curves?

Hi! I am starting Weight Watchers ... again. I was wondering if any of you ladies belong to Curves, does it work? Sounds too good to be true, only 30 minutes a day 3 times a week?? Is it expensive?? Thanks A Lot!!

My MIL is doing it and LOVES it!!! She has very much slimmed down since she joined. Also she likes the people she has met there. From what she says it's a great beginner program and is wonderful for motivation!
