The idea that you need to keep your heart rate at 140 or lower when working out pregnant is OLD info, and no longer seen as accurate. Sadly even in articles recenlty written for women working out pg, this old info is given. See a reply by Cathe Friedrich to a concerned pg gal:

Yes, I know. Thats why I said I keep mine "around" 140, LOL! ;) My trainer tells me 140, but I try not to let it get over 150. Before I was pregnant, it was usually around 160 when I was exercising, so I figure 150 is safe for me. If it goes above 150, I usually feel pretty winded, so I figure thats my bodt telling me not to work quite so hard. When I was smaller, I could go up to 160, but now that I'm much bigger, 150 seems better.

Being a little older than you ;), 150 (heck, even 140) is still into my cardio training zone.
