NYC Lose Your Mummy Tummy Seminar - anyone interested?

I have signed up, apparently I could bring a guest for free. But, I don't have a friend who's pregnant or had a baby recently. So, if anyone here is interested, we could share the cost of $50 ($25 each). Please PM me if you're interested. You could pay me via PayPal.

How to check themselves for a diastasis
Tupler Technique:
Seated Exercises
Backlying exercises
Learning how to get up and down correctly
Splinting the abdominal muscles

any update on the seminar? they are doing one in boston at the end of february and wondering if it's worth it.

Oh..sorry for not updating it sooner...my baby got sick.

Anyway, it's worth the money if you're sharing with a friend. I mean, you could probably learn the technique by purchasing Tupler's book. Having said that, you have the author there to sign her book, check your diastasis and answer your quesions. The only thing is you are paying to hear all the sales pitch from ths sponsors...
