I am thinking of getting one, but wondered if anyone here has one they could recommend? I'd like to start tracking my body fat (or at least know what it is!) I know the at home scales use bioelectrical impedence which does depend on your hydration status, but I read that the scales have become more accurate. Anyone know more? Thanks!

I have this one:

There's more info at: http://www.tanita.com/BodyFatDUO.shtml# - I couldn't paste it because there's a chart.

I especially like that it has memory, so I don't have to plug in my height, age, and gender every time I use it. It matched the WW scale, when I went to meetings, too, so I know the scale part is accurate. I don't know how accurate the body fat % part is, but when I was 215 I was at 47% and at 205 I'm 45%, so it seems about right.

When we made a 3000 mile move, it came with us - that's how much I like it :)
