Do they make workout DVD's with special features?

I would love a DVD that enabled me to change the music or turn off the instructors voice, etc. It gets so tiring listening to the same "babble" day in and day out - especially when you only have ONE DVD! Even my DH commented that he was tired of hearing the same comments over and over again. He suggested I turn the volume down and put my own music on, but I think it would be hard to stick to the beat of the music. Anyone know of anything like this?

I have some Kathy Smith DVDs, and I know they have that feature. I think a lot of workout DVDs do.
