Since starting to do WW and work out regularly, I have noticed huge changes in my arms and legs, and my ab strength has improved by leaps and bounds, but as everything else gets tighter, the condition of my spare tire is thrown into relief.

Is there anything I can do to help tighten the skin and decrease the redness of the stretch marks? I know I can't target the fat, but what about improving its appearance...is it possible?

Petra, the skin decrease in redness in it's own time frame. And sorry to say you can't tighten the skin that has been stretched. You can tone the area but loose skin is loose skin, I know not what you wanted to hear. Some ladies have wonderful gentics and their skin stays mostly firm, unlike me whose skin is somewhat loose. Although it's loose it doesn't show when I am standing up, but on laying on my side it's noticeable. I've let it go and made peace with it, besides who can afford a tummy tuck anyway!
