Since starting to do WW and work out regularly, I have noticed huge changes in my arms and legs, and my ab strength has improved by leaps and bounds, but as everything else gets tighter, the condition of my spare tire is thrown into relief.
Is there anything I can do to help tighten the skin and decrease the redness of the stretch marks? I know I can't target the fat, but what about improving its appearance...is it possible?
