Yoga Booty Ballet

Just wanted to share with you all...

I bought this DVD called Yoga Booty Ballet off of an infomercial...yes, and it was on PAX. I never watch PAX.

I FINALLY tried it today with a friend and it is awesome. I love yoga and anything related. I got a great workout. My body is sore but I feel great. If you like yoga, like to move and want a good workout combining the two, I recommend trying this dvd. Of course Target and Wal-Mart will be selling it tomorrow for $19.95 but I ordered it off the tv.

I hate exercise but I loved this workout...

ETA that I am NOT affiliated in ANY way with Beach Body or the Yoga Booty Ballet people...believe me! I just really liked this DVD and wanted to share with you other Mamas that are weight challenged like me... :)

I have seen the ad for this on TV and dh and I could not stop laughing at the name of it. I'm glad to hear that it truly is a good workout video, but that name has got to go! :) Thanks for the recommendation.
