Tummy Tuck - Anyone Have It? How much is it?

Diet & Exercise is not making my stomach go away. I want it removed. Has anyone had this?

I have an older friend who had one years ago after her second baby and ended up having a third one, and her stomach went right back down flat. (i didn't know her then, but her stomach is still very flat).

I don't know how much it costs though, or anything more about it other than she has a great looking stomach.
