Hummus is chickpeas, garlic, and olive oil, right? I think in moderation, it's not so bad...plus very high in fiber...

Yes it's made from beans and other vegetables. You can make it homemade - with the emphasis to be veggies. I keep meaning to make some, as we LOVE hummus here in our home. I use to do a meal plan where I would eat it in a pita, YUM, and in moderation a wonderful healthy meal!
