It's been steadily going downhill. Before the triathlon I did in Aug, I was exercising 3-4 times a week at least (and variety too! Gotta get in a swim/run/bike). Now, I haven't done *anything* in 2 weeks! Unless you count walking around the mall shopping. Ugh. Need to get back on a schedule!!! My DH will be off between Christmas and New Years so I'm hoping that we can both use that time to get a lot of exercise in. I've hit a plateau with my weight loss and it needs to be kicked into gear again. I just know the gym is going to be nutso with all of the New Year's Resolution new people. My favorite class is already crowded and you need to get there early to get the equipment you want.

Here's to more exercise and less sweets.

This is a very tough time, so don't beat yourself up, just plan a way to fit everything in. And, maybe you'll have to change times or something at the gym, but you can do it ! Heck, if you can do a triathalon, you can do anything !
