I am in sooo much pain right now. I went to the gym yesterday in the morning to have an appt and speak with the trainer about what i want from the gym and stuff and i have not been the same since. I worked out muscles i did not know that i had. I tried to take motrin but it did not help. I woke up at 6:15 this morning in so much pain.....

what should i do? I stretched and have been stretching all day with no results....

Do some light walking. I find that once I get moving, I don't feel as sore. Also, be prepared for the possibility that you might be even more sore tomorrow. It's a phenomenon called delayed onset muscle soreness. In a nutshell, it's the breaking down of the muscle fibers which stimulate the muscles to grow bigger and stronger.

Hang in there. I found that I was sore after almost every weight workout my first month of hard workouts. It will get easier and you will get into awesome shape as you continue. Trust me!!!
