ok, i have done ww about a millon time but now a friend of mine wants to try and do it at home. well i have all the books from the meetings but i am missing the first one. so now i dont have the weight ranges and the points allowed. i dont want to ask her weight so can someone either post or pm/email me the list of weight and points PLEASE :)

Here is what I have (my week 1 book was printed 9/04)... I got this book exactly 1 year ago when I joined but had to drop out after 5 weeks when I found out I was pregnant. I think I might start going back to the meetings this week. Good luck!
