...and my back was ok !
Granted, it is sore, but I have a feeling it will always be sore. It didn't hurt when I played, or after. And the knee held up ok in the brace too ! again, a bit sore, but, no real problems.
And for once I took it easy, and didn't go out an kill myself. just hit it for about ten minutes when I took DS up to the Courts to teach him how to hit. and signed him up for the pee wee lessons, twice a week after day care. (he'll be half an hour late, cause I get out of work at 4, which is when they start, 4-5:30, but I think an hour of tennis at age almost four will be plenty !) I think hanging around the courts will inspire me to keep working out and getting stronger and more in shape.
anybody have any recommendations for good tennis shoes ?
