I'm slowly getting back into using my weight watchers books. Does anyone know a good brand of diet bread?? thanks!

I never bothered with it, because the few times I had it I was so disappointed. Maybe if you find a bread with a high fiber content, you can earn yourself some pts. that way?

I really like the Sara Lee lite bread. To me, the taste and texture is just like regular bread with half the calories. My second fav is Nature's Own WhiteWheat.

I really like Nature's Own 100% WW. It's 1 point for 2 slices.

Pepperidge Farm Carb Style. It has a lot of fiber, and less calories than many slices out there. The slices are smaller, but it seems that whever I eat bread, I always eat two slices at a time. I found that when I ran out, I was eating our higher calorie Arnold bread at 100 cals a slice. Even though the slices are much bigger, I still found myself grabbing two.

I think the Carb Style is 60 cals a slice, if I recall correctly. Each slice has 3g of fiber.

Another bread product I really liked were the High Fiber Light English Muffins (I think they're Thomas' brand). They come out of the toaster tasting soooo yummy and with all of the fiber I think they're only 1 pt for the whole english muffin
