I was lazy, I admit it. I got in one good workout at least - 75 mins of cycling on the stationary bike. I was a computer geek last week, surfing the net when I should have been working out.

So finally on Saturday I had had enough..I rigged my computer up so I could ride the stationary bike while surfing the net. I even cranked the difficulty level up really high. It's amazing how time flies, and how much time I waste on the computer sometimes!! I got off the bike and I was drenched in sweat.:)

How did everyone's week go? I hope to do some weight training this week, it always makes me feel so good.

It was a strange week for me. I ended up getting in two workouts - elliptical & walking lunges, and the bike and lower body exercises. I also got a trip to the ER, which ended up being because I had a cyst burst and it totally but my adominal muscles into choas. Good thing was they finally by u/s figured out what happened, and it shouldn't reoccur - thank God!

I hope things get a little more focused this week :) Marcy I wish I could sweat and surf :0

Hope everyone else did well :)

I am not back on track with workouts yet, because I got back from vacation a week and a half ago, but haven't been able to get back in the house yet, and have been super busy with work, but my diet has been pretty good. I am eating more small meals and healthier things throughout the day.

I didn't really work out per se over my vacation (2 weeks) but when I got back, several people commented that it looked like I lost weight ! So I am pretty pumped.

Am jumping back on track with a workout tomorrow, and am excited about trying to maintain a healthier lifestyle, without trying to kill myself with a crazy diet or exercise plan.

I can't wait to make my muscles sore again after a good weight workout, so I know exactly what you mean, Marcy !

Maintaining weight loss is a good thing. Splurging on Peanut butter cookie, not a good thing.

We will be talking to a nutritionist this week, yay! Hopefully she can knock some sense into DH. :)

Nightly stroller walks have been put on hold since we are passing a cold (DD, DH and now me) Once we've all fully recovered we will get back to walking!

Someone has a recumbant (sp?) stationery bike on Craig's List, oh how I wish I had $50!!
