AHHH, a good week, feels so good/or sore, depending how you look at it ;)

Monday-Wednesday: run around with the kids

Thursday: bike 30 mins, 20 lower body weights/nonweighted work, abs

Friday: ran 2+ miles w/DD (it was in the 70's and felt AMAZING!!!), walked some to cool down, abs

Saturday: bike 30 min, 20 min lower body, 10 abs,

Sunday: bike 30 min, short run w/DH and kids, abs

It was a good week, if only every week ended up like this. I'll take it when I can get it though :)

Now if Miriam would only start sleeping through the night again...darn teeth!

Hmmm...did I somehow miss a week?

the past two weeks were good - busy, but good. I'm tired and cranky, but trying to keep busy walking and stuff.

This baby is getting huge fast...

Doing well over here. DH is not liking my small changes to our diet. He still hasn't called the Nutritionist like he planned on, but I am trying really hard not to say anything.

I am doing pretty well, I started drinking Iced Tea again, I swear the stuff is like crack. Addictive sugar, blah! But my calorie count is still landed right where it needs to be. I am going to change my ticker now, down another 3 lbs!

Walked 3 out of 7 days last week, not too bad...

OOH and I found out at my new job that they have a full fitness center that I can use for FREE!! Wahoo! So now I just need to get to Oct. :)

The last 2 weeks have been decent. 4 work-outs a week. But I haven't made it to the gym all that much, I just don't feel like I get a real work-out when I do it at home.

But the good news is, I've reached my target weight! Yeah! Now let's see if I can maintain it. It's no where near what I was in college, but I want something reasonable that I can maintain. Plus, I would still like to continue to improve tone, there's still plenty of jiggle. LOL!

10 lbs lost- finally! It only took me 8 months : ).

Way to go everyone!! I am so late checking in as I sit here on friday night!!

Anwyay, last week was decent, I got in one good cardio session on the bike for 60 minutes, one good upper body weight workout, and one good lower body weight workout with abs.

If anyone does Cathe workouts (Julie, I know you do :)), I kind of invented my own "timesaver" version of Pyramid LB. It must of worked because I was sore for two days after. I do 3 sets of 10 (not a pyramid, but I do all the same exercises on the video) with my heaviest weight that I would do in the pyramid, but did step ups left leg, then lunges left leg, step ups left leg, lunges left leg, step ups left, lunges left. Then repeat with right leg. Whooh, same stuff, but because each leg gets so fatigued out it's a killer!! Of course then carry on with squats, plies, etc.

I figured it's a different way to tax the muscles. Can't have them getting too used to things now can we...

As for eating, I'm pigging out all the time lately, but my weight seems to be the same. I seriously think all this weight training I've done over the past year has upped my metabolism. :)

Hope everyone has a good week!
