How is it going this first week?

I just weighed in on Friday. I should have packed it on more, because it was the first time I weighed under 170, I was like 169.2 for my first weigh in.

We're joining a health club, today we are just going to play with the kids at the pool.

The grand prize is going to be just over $100, not quite as enticing as I had hoped, but we'll see...

I guess I need a goal. I wonder if 150 is realistic -- by the beginning of May?

Really, I don't care what I weigh, I just want to drop a pants size and get rid of some flab.
