Did you keep your same routine or did you need to alter it some (and if so, why?)? Were you able to keep going all through pregnancy?
Last time around I did a prenatal aerobics class 2 times per week the 2nd half of pg and walked. This time I am going into it much more active and in better shape. But, fatigue is kicking my butt. :) I have been so unmotivated to exercise this week.
I have been doing my normal stuff otherwise (spinning, running, lifting weights) per the current pregnancy/ exercise guidelines of maintaining what you have been doing (but not jumping into to a hard core regime if you haven't already been exercising).
