...until meconium is done and we can experiment with our cloth diapers.

what does everyone recommend? can't remember which brand people have had the best luck with for little boys.

also, finally found an IRL mom who cloth diapers -- one of the nurses in the SICU with me recommends Jardine diapers at www.cloth-diaper.com
Prices seem good.

I used PAMPERS swaddlers for my little guy. I really didnt like the huggies he just kept spilling out of them even when i put it down(make sure you do)..I likes the pampers swaddlers because they held really really really well. I mean for night time diapes they are really good...they hold like crazy...good luck

i've heard that pampers are kind of smelly. are the swaddlers bad?

We used Pampers Baby Dry or Swaddlers size 1 for the newborn stage - newborn diapers were too small on my 8lb, 4oz boy.

Huggies are stinky, smell like pee when the urine hits them. I find Pampers much less stinky.

extrememly true...huggies stick is appaling.....pampers are way better
