For those of you who have them, what do you think? Should I get the Wonder Bag or the regular wet bag? Also, will I need more than one? Up until now, I have been using a Ziploc bag to hold dirties while we're out.

TIA!

I ordered one, but I'm still waiting for it to arrive. They seem to get really positive reviews on this board and on the mothering.com message boards, so I decided to go ahead and splurge. One mom said she liked the zipper better than the drawstring closure that many of the other bags have.
If I like my bag, I'm planning to order another so I'll have an extra to use while I'm washing one. Plus, that will let me get another cute design. Sorry I can't provide more specific info about how they hold up, etc.

Happy Tushies bags are beautiful and well made. Kathleen is easy to work with and the customor service is top notch! I have two large pail liners that I've been using for a few weeks. I love them! They're reusable, so I don't have to throw away plastic garbage bags each time I do laundry. Plus they're a lot cuter to look at :) Sometimes the bags wick a little (dry pail method), but this is common when PUL bags (or AIOs) have a fabric outer. I also have 2 large wet bags, but don't have the wicking problem. Our outings tend to be short.

I've heard that some people don't have the wicking problems with HT bags, but some do. It depends on how long you leave the dipes in them and if the bag is compressed or not (like when buried at the bottom of your diaper bag). You can use waterproof sprays on the fabric to prevent wicking. Kathleen is working on new bags that don't wick at all, but they're in the testing process.

If you don't mind using plain PUL bags, here are some other choices.

I use the bag to carry bibs and cloth wipes in the diaper bag. Very well made.

As far as which closure to chose, I think zipper closure contains the smell better. And when you do laundry, the toggle won't get caught in the washer.

HTH :)
