Considering cd, just looked at the "tips" page on the FuzziBunz site, & frankly it scared me about smells. We're not on solids yet, so maybe that's part of the equation . . .

I don't think that cloth smells any worse than disposables. In fact, I might argue that it smells less! It really is just not a big deal.

I agree with Beth :) In fact, I think they smell a little better than the disposables (perfume plus you know what). I was really scared about the smells, but once I started CDing, I realized it was not as bad as I imagined.

I also think that CDs smell less because I wash fairly frequently everyday or everyother day. My sister had a diaper service that only picked up once a week and that smelled terrible!--she had to keep her pail outside. So, I guess it depends on what type of cloth your using. If you're willing to wash frequently at home, then you most definitely can avoid the smells.
