Change in Pampers

I have always used Pampers Premium. We are using size 4 right now. Has anybody else noticed that the outside design has changed? They are now blue tinted with a different Sesame design on them. That's no big deal but they seem to fit smaller and are less absorbent. Anybody else have this problem? My DD is only 33 inches and thin(23 pounds) so the next size won't help!

I'm pretty new to this (my little guy is 10 weeks) so I don't know if the diapers have changed. What I can suggest is that sometimes babies outgrow the diapers absorbancy even though they've not outgrown the size. I just switched mine to size 2 even though he is only 12 pounds for the same reason. I did the same thing with N to size 1 diapers.
