WAHM gift ideas?

I'm trying to slowly put a basket together for my niece/nephew when they are born in Feb/March. I'd like to get my SIL things that are not your typical baby gifts. I've already purchased some hand made burpcloths, and I'm wondering what other WAHM products I could get. My SIL does not breastfeed, CD, or wear her baby (in anything besides the baby bjorn). Any ideas? Neve, weren't you doing a similar basket for a friend of yours?

What a sweet idea! www.littlelounginglizards.com makes really cute "Lizard Loveys" - little silk blankets. I haven't ordered one myself, but I've ordered dipes from her and she is great to work with, and her workmomship is excellent! I've also been eyeing these cute snugglebees dolls from Liz's Cloth - http://www.lizscloth.com/Snugglebees.htm - don't they look so sweet and soft?

etotty.com has really cute blankets and "silkies" that are little loveys, and coordinating burpies, which you don't need. I've bought lots from there as gifts.
