Realistically, help me stock my stash

So I do want to start ordering a few different CDs to see which ones fit my DD best. Since I am very used to sposies, convenience is my number one, single priority. So I am thinking I will go mostly with fitteds and AIOs. I've already ordered the Motherease intro offer (One Size™ diaper, one absorbent Snap In Liner and one Air Flow™ cover for $16.95).

It would be Sugar Peas Size 1 fitteds

I don't really like AIO's but my favorite I've tried are Luke's Drawers and Fuzzi Bunz (which I consider a AIO even though its a pocket)

I like Mom and Me Creations Sam's Fitteds a lot and Cloud 9 Softies.
I like my Bizzy B Hive Wool All in One that has snap in liners and my SugarPeas wool covers. As far as AIO's go, I liked Mudpie Babies too. She has great service.

prefolds - for some reason i find this the easiest because it's just so basic ;)!

sorry, in disposables right now still because DD has dermatitis, but before was very happy using FB with 2 Joeybunz stuffed in for night - still have a FF sleeptight i'm waiting anxiously to try

never tried one - seems simpler to me to wash dipes and covers separately instead of dealing with the dry time on the AIOs

Nikky's - love, love, love these - reminds me of the trim lines of a disposable and very easy to use - my father-in-law saw these on and actually asked if they were pampers

2nd favorite cover is ME airflow - just great all-around

Here are my answers:

If I could only use 1 type of day diaper, it would be...
UBPFs-I think they're just as easy as fitteds, and it's easier to
get a better fit. I use them with Bummis pull-on whisper
pants.
If I had to choose a favorite, it would be the Sugarpeas since
they're trim and they dry in only one cycle.

If I could only use 1 type of night diaper, it would be...
DS is only 3 months old, so he just started sleeping through the
night. So far we've had good look with a UBPF, a hemp doubler,
and a wool cover. I have 2 nighty newts to try later.

My favorite AIO is...
I never use AIOs.

My favorite cover is...
Bummis whisper pants

I LOVE Bumpy wool covers for night.

Firefly Quick Dry or Sugarpeas (sorry...can't decide!)

Fuzzibunz with 2 JB inserts

Don't have one...I've never found one that I truly like. IMO they are a PITA!

My favorite cover is...
Far and away...Bumpy Day covers!!! Ultra trim (which would probably be important to you since you're used to disposables). :-)

I really, really like CPFs. Didn't think I would but I do. They are so cheap you honestly should buy a dozen and a snappi just to try and have for backups. Plus they're good for other things...stuffing for pocket dipes, doublers, burp cloths. I also like the ME Airflow covers (for nighttime only...these suckers provide serious bubble butt!). Kissaluv diapers are good as well, especially for dh's to use. :-)

Gosh, don't know. Probably www.naturalbabies.com for the general stuff. Colleen has great CS. Also, I like www.smartiepantsdiapers.com ...same thing, great CS.

If I could only use 1 type of day diaper, it would be...non-hemp SOS (these fit the absolute best but the hemp ones take too long to dry) with SugarPeas Size 1 a very close second.

I'm a realitively new cd'er with a month old son. Cd'ing is easier than I thought. I have gotten loads of information from these boards which I am particularly thankful for. I also got a fair amount of information from DiaperPin.com .

I bought all my FBs at FuzziBunzStore.com. Right now you can buy colored FBs for the price of whites. They also have JB non brands.
