why can't i get a tight fit around leg with cpf?

what am i doing wrong? all of a sudden i can't fold the diaper tight around his leg? he is 4 mos. and these are the infant sized ones (but he is only 13 1/2 lbs. and not chubby legged)
what were the other folds (i think i am doing the newspaper fold)

What kind of covers are you using? DD here is the same age as yours but she has 'el chubbo thighs so no more infant cpf's for her.

i am using proraps and they don't leak too often. i visited that website and i now know that i am doing the angel wing fold and maybe i need to try a different fold.

I have found that if Logan has her toes in her mouth when I am putting the diaper on, it wil be loose around her legs. I try to get her to put her legs straight down.

I use the bikini twist, it seems to hug the thighs very well.
