Custom Extenders:
Extenders attach to your existing aplix tabs, allowing you to extend the waist and use your diapers longer. The extenders also have a cross over tab.
Most small diapers have 1" aplix on them. Most medium and large diapers have 1.5" aplix on them. To be sure of the size you need, measure the aplix (top to bottom) on the wings of your diapers or tabs.
