Won't bore you with the details, but I placed an order at http://www.babyworks.com/ recently and rec'd the wrong size diaper covers (not sure if it was my fault or theirs). They are paying the shipping on both the return and on the new covers in order to make things right. I was pretty impressed. As an aside, they also let you return used or washed covers if you end up not liking them. (My husband asked, "Will they take back used, unwashed covers?" Yuck.)
Anyway, I just was so impressed I had to share. If I end up liking the Nikkys I will definitely go back.

YES! Babyworks is really great. I had emailed the owner today, asking about some diapers, a return question, etc. And she actually called me at home to talk to me! Thats what I call customer service with a :)
