Costco Microfiber Towels - do they really absort well? - Oops - didn't see topic below sorry

Someone earlier mentioned that Costco had microfiber towels (in the automotive section). Has anyone tried them? Do they make a good "doubler" or "insert"?

Also, since they are yellow, what' the best way to wash them so they don't bleed on my dipes? Should I do a hot wash to "set" the color? Or a cold wash?
