I sold a few used diapers on MDC on the 4th of January. She JUST emailed me today to say she has not received them. I already tore up the receipt! I offered insurance, but she opted NOT to buy it. Am I still responsible, or is it tough cookies for her?

Yikes, that is a sticky situation! I'm not sure what I would do in this case. However in the future I would always ship with delivery confirmation. It is only a few cents and would give you some piece of mind, kwim?

I always do now, after a thread about it on MDC. I figured that she would have contacted me 2 weeks ago if there had been a problem.

Honey it is....Regretfully paypal requires you to delivery confirm the package for them not to take your money away....Sorry :( i learned this the hard way...
