I don't know about that dipe but someone posted that this one is pretty good at holding in leaks:

Also I asked the same Q about a swimsuit or top over the dipe and for babies upto 2 years old, apparently it is ok to wear just the swim dipe. The swimsuit is just for cuteness and if you are getting one then a 2 piece is better because most 1 pieces dont have snaps at the crotch so diaper changes are a PITA.
