I am new at this am am planning to use Kushies. The care instructions say pre-soak is required. What do others use as a pail out there?

It's worked well for me, but I don't use a wet pail.

I'm a new Kushies user, but I just dry-pail and do my presoak in the washing machine. So far no staining or other problems.
