It started right around the diaper area, but has started to show up on his arms & legs. They are small red spots, not raised. Today they are more clustered, and very tiny red spots-on his groin & thighs. Huh?? We cloth diaper, and I use very little detergent & double rinse. I've used the same detergent for months-and same baby wash. Any clue? HELP!!!
