Discolored covers

I have a "white" Bumpy cover that is not very white. It's very uniformly discolored. I think it's from iron (or other element) in our water. I haven't had this problem with our cotton clothes, so I'm not sure how to fix it. Does anyone know what I can do to make them white again?
