Mine is my Pashmi cover.. it is a BEAUT!
I want one for everyday wear, something nice and trim and which I don't have to be inducted into hyena-hall-of-fame for!!

Thanks!

Hmm...I don't know if I can help you with this one--my favorite is the soaker that was knitted by the diaper fairy. I am getting ready to test a wool wrap cover from Baby Blanket (round 2), and will let you know how that works out. I imagine that if I like it, it will be easy to get.

I haven't tried these yet, but Tykie seems to have some nice side-snapping merino wool covers that are reasonably priced and readily available: http://tykie.cutsie.net/index.php?cPath=21_67

I'd be inerested in seeing what other people suggest!

I have a Beccabottoms applix wool wrap that's great. Stretchy, thin, waterproof, and has fit Forrest since he was 5 months old, with tons of room left!-darn, she appears to have sold her business!

I also love the Celtic Wolf cover I bought from Pam last year, very thick and soft. Not a cover that works well under pants, however, so its rompers with this one. Oh, and with no pants over this summer!

I'd try a Sugarpeas merino wool cover, or a FuzEasy from fuzbaby, if it were me. (The two covers above are my only wool, except for soakers knit by me)

I love love love my wooly bully from Elbee. But, since that is probably hard to get, many rave about the Fuzbaby wool covers and I think they are easy to get.

Is this the same as the FuzBomb which is $50?!!!

No, the Fuz Easy, which is $30. These are supposedly very similar to the Elbee's and I think some even prefer them more than the Elbee.

ETA: although, the fuzeasy doesn't look very trim in that picture.

Here is a site I like to use when I am shopping for stuff :)

Oh, the Firefly Easy Wool Diaper Cover. It does not look too trim though Jec.. at least on the baby pictured here.. have you seen it IRL? I like the looks but a little more trim would be nice.

ETA: That is a great website! thanks.

Yep, I just edited my note above that it doesn't appear to be very trim. Hmm.

I also just posted above this site, which I like to use when I want something new and different

Actually the FuzEasy is quite trim. I can fit it under clothes.

I really like my Angelwraps wool jersey wrap. I can also fit that under clothes without too much problem.

Ooh, I can't believe I forgot Little Fishy!! She makes my favorite wrap and it is super trim!! http://little-fishy.com/catalog/index.php

When Bjou Baby opens up again for orders, you've got to try out a wool jersey cover. I just got one and it is the trimmest wool cover I own! Soft and very stretchy, and under $20...a great deal!

I have two fuzeasy covers - IMO, they're pretty darn trim :) I'll try to take a pic tommorow for you Rashmi.

I love my FuzEasy covers!! The Baby Blanket wool is very nice, too, and hopefully the next round of testers will fit better for us.

For knit soakers, I like the ones that my mom makes for Colin!

Hey Amy, if you happen to notice that Bjou is open for orders, please can you give me a heads up? Seems like whenever i get to the websites, their custom slots are all gone!

I really like my Simon's Custom Cloth wool cover. It is my favorite wool cover we have (though I DO love our elbee wooly bully, if I can ever get it back from Anna! :) ). I chose 2 layers of merino wool jersey which is SOOO soft and yummy!

The only caution I would offer, however, is that I think it would be better to have one layer of something less stretchy, because unfortunately that double layer of merino jersey has had a terrible time with the snaps- the snaps keep coming off. I still adore the cover, so I just hate that I've had such problems with the snaps. I do think a less stretchy wool would add sturdiness and solve the problem.

FWIW, Erica has been very nice about repairing the snaps, and she did a great job of providing a custom fit for littleman. I have had to pay postage to send the cover in for repair, though. I had a very easy time ordering mine, though it looks like there aren't any custom slots right now. You could always e-mail her and ask, though!
