Hey Anna! Want to see my funny (fluffy) valentine?

Gabrielle and I got the best present today. Anna sent us both tons of goodies! Gabrielle squealed when she took the first thing out of the box, an adorable sugerplumbaby dipe with the cutest Valentine print on it. It has little red hearts and lady bugs on it and the inside is so soft and yummy. Also inside were fluffy valentine slippers that are glued to my feet now. I don't plan on taking them off, ever! We got chocolate and tons of other goodies too.
Anna, I love you, girlie! In a year that has had some really dark spots for me, you have been a huge source of light. I don't think I can thank you enough.

I'm so glad you enjoyed your box. Gracie has a matching diaper--I need to snap a picture of her in it. Elle is so beautiful! Did you cut her bangs?

LOL, no haircut. I trimmed her bangs a couple of weeks ago. Now she is sporting the full on Billy Ray mullet. Pretty, huh?

This bang-trimming.. did you do it while she was sleeping?? If not, how did you get her to sit still? And if yes, how did you keep from waking her?

ETA: Also (laughing loudly here), is Elle whacking the doll in the stroller with her fluffy slippers?? HAHAHAHAHA!!!
That is so much like leela... first kiss the doll, pet her and then beat the living daylights out of her.. a sudden switch from gentle kindness to all out mad chaotic rage! Toddlers.. what ARE they thinking??

Nope, she was wide awake. I used a trick that my hairdresser taught me. You wet the hair you want to cut, gather it together and twist it in the middle of her forehead. Then you make just one snip. Very easy! Even on a wiggly one like mine.

ETA: YUP about the doll! I was waiting to see who would notice that! You always hurt the ones you love!
