Last night, DS went to bed about 6:45. Around 7:30, he woke up crying. It's pretty unusual for him to wake up so soon. So, DH went up to check and called me up a minute later. DH said Andrew had pooped and did we have more night time diapers. Well, no. Laundry day was messed up and they're all wet. He asked what he should use. I thought a prefold and cover wouldn't be enough and I don't know if I have a good (clean) cover for night. So, I dug out the bag of sposies from under the crib. I bought these back in October for babysitters and travel and was hoping they'd fit. I held one out to DH. He looked at it and me and said "I can't do that. You do it. I only do cloth."
I always read about people having a hard time converting their DHs to cloth, let alone prefolds, so this really made me smile!
Turns out, Andrew woke up so many times, we could have done a prefold and just changed him a couple hours later when the night dipes were dry. Oh well. The sposie worked.
