View Full Version : My better late than never experience with Fluffymail.

I don't know if anyone saw my post on MDC last week after the Fluffymail stocking. I decided that I wanted to try a LC and chose the pink hemp one to go for. I had a few windows open and the site died for me (technical terms of course ;)) on 2/3 of them. But I actually got to a screen that said that I'd been successful and that an email would be sent shortly. Since I never got an email I figured that something was wonky and someone else got to it first. Well I got a pm on MDC this a.m. from Amy saying she'd seen my post and that my profile on Fluffymail had an incomplete email addy. I had indeed been successful before the page went blank! I am so impressed that this wasn't just written off and that I was tracked down.
What an awesome wahm!

A similar thing happened to me back at the big Feb stocking. I had put @aol instead of @yahoo in my profile there, so I never got a confirmation. Carli was super helpful in straightening everything out and claming me down! I was so afraid someone else would get them if I wasn't checked out!

I'm glad you got your dipe!

That is great, Trish!! Yes, Amy and Carli are very good with stuff like that. Back when they had the old cart, and if something oversold, they would always make the diapers for everyone. Most mamas just refund your money. (even when it was custom orders that oversold, and they ended up doing over a hundred custom orders!) They have the best customer service, and that has to be hard considering how busy they are. I never understand why so many of the hyenas are so mean or demanding of them, when they always try to make everyone happy. That is so nice that they found you, and that you will get your LC...you'll love it.

I've been buying stuff from them for over a year, and I can honestly say that their CS has continually been amazing!! I guess that is why they are in such high demand!!

Post some photos when you get that cute dipe!!

Wow! Amy was super nice to me with the last round of customs. I love FM dipes! :) It sucks that they're so hard to get. My first few were from a clearance sale! Can you imagine?

Wow, that's pretty amazing! I haven't had much experience with Fluffymail, so you're going to have to help me. What the heck is an LC?
