Can I say just how great these are? Especially the color-grown cotton. The was one I got because of "want" - not need. And it's soooo pretty, and soft and fuzzy. I almost didn't want to use it - and risk stains. :)

I don't know if anyone other than Shandelle offers color-grown cotton - but I highly recommend grabbing one if she ever stocks them again! :)

Thanks Shandelle! And yes, the wool was easy to wash! :)

Color-grown cotton...sounds yummy! I'm glad you like them, Nita. Maybe next time I should try some too. Is it softer than OC or OV?

I'm waiting for my custom order. Your review makes the waiting even harder, LOL :D

You'll love them!! I don't have OV, so I really can't compare. And the OC pad I have is topped with velour. The color grown cotton has a different texture than velour. It's soft, but fuzzier than velour. Hard to explain - it's just a different kind of soft. I'm sure that's as clear as mud! :) Maybe Shandelle will see this and explain it better.

Now I have 3 pads from Shandelle, and several liners, and they are wonderful. One of the pads is backed with wool, one with windpro and one with velour. All are very, very comfortable - but I wouldn't use the velour backed one on a heavy day. It's the trimmest and softest, though.

Absolutely NO more mama cloth for me. Between these and my two huge orders from Daisygirldesigns I have a really good stash.

You are very welcome :) And I saved one for me and used it this past week...it really did well- no staining (I rinsed as soon as I could). Colorgrown OC is SO expensive I don't know how much I can do it, but it is kinda fun huh!

Okay, I'm going to display my ignorance--what exactly is colorgrown OC? :P

Thanks!

I'm not sure HOW they do it, but when the cotton grows, instead of being offwhite they can grow it brown or green...maybe a couple other colors too, but those are the colors I've seen :D
