Cheapest place to buy triple paste

Where is the cheapest place to buy Triple Paste? When the drugstore ordered a 16oz jar it was $45. THat's how desperate I was to clear up the rash. I don't want to spend that much again. So CD Mamas, where do you buy your triple paste?

YIKES! I dont know about where to get it cheaper, but it does come in smaller tubes! I got about a 2 oz tube for about 8$ and it lasted me for months. Maybe Walmart or one of those discount stores might have it cheaper...and in smaller tubes too.

Ouch! I got a 2oz tube from my local mom-n-pop drug store for around $8 and I think they would order the large size for me, if I asked. Target has the 2oz tube for around $8.50 here, but you have to ask the pharmacist for it. My Target also has the 16oz tub for around $36. You may want to try there or Walmart. Good luck!

The big tub is $25 at Costco (you have to ask the pharmacy for it). I've seen the smaller jars for about $15 and the tubes (which are now with the baby stuff and no longer behind the counter at CVS) for about $8. I keep one of the tubes in my Patemm, but finally broke down and bought two tubs for the house (one upstairs, one downstairs).

Why not give your DC more nakey-butt time? It might help cut down the amount of triple paste you need. Or look at other more breathable CD options? I can't imagine going through 16 oz jar. We try to change DS as soon as we are aware that he's wet and don't use PUL dipes/covers.

Hope I don't jinx it but we are still on our first tube of Balmex that I bought when DS was born more than 16.5 months ago.

Thanks all. The triple past isn't for me. I've still got plenty left. It cleared the rash up in no time, and I just use it before bedtime as preventative. Haven't had another rash in 3 months. It's for a friend's DS, and she isn't willing to pay $45 either, esp. when the manufacturer doesn't charge that much!

Believe it or not, we're almost through our first 16 oz jar, even with nakey-butt time and coverless time. DD just seems very prone to rashes, although it didn't help when she got the really bad rashes right after the two stomach viruses! In our case a 16 oz jar will probably end up lasting us 14 months or so. I can't imagine how quickly we would have gone through it if we didn't give her the nakey-butt time and coverless time! Anyway, from what I'm seeing, Sam's has the best price around, and by quite a bit too!
