My red Walmart nylon diaper bag is running in my wash, turning my prefolds an ever so slight pink. I had good success removing this color run accident with a product called Carbona Color Run Remover, sold right next to the other Carbona stain removers in the laundry aisle (you know, those little bottles of stain removers specially formulated to remove Grease and Fat, or Blood and Protein, or Chocolate Stains, etc.) THe product does NOT contain bleach, although it does pack quite a smell.
Note that for an entire, full load, you will need three boxes. I used one box for a smallish load of diapers and let it soak overnight. The diapers didn't look particularly different wet, but they were brighter, whiter and NOT pink after going through the dryer. The velcro on some covers stayed slightly pink, however, but I can live with it.
