I see that some of the covers are listed as Wool Jersey and some are Wool Interlock. Does anyone have one type of wool fabric they like better or does a better job at keeping DC dry? Or does it matter. Thanks for the help.

I'm sure that others know a ton more than I do about this...but here goes anyway. :)
I think that wool interlock is more of a heavy-duty wool that would work well for longer periods of time, like at night. Jersey is thinner and (maybe) stretchier? I think there is a better description in the CD 101 thread.

Wool Jersey: Stretchy, thin, great for daytime

Wool Flannel: Thicker, less stretch, day or night

Wool Interlock: My new favorite! Thicker, but extremely stretchy, so the fit can be very trim, like bummi's trim, for DS. This is the only non-knitted cover that I have that works for nighttime, over a pocket fitted.

So it*is* stretchy. Hmmm...I'll have to rethink this nightime cover situation.
