Are you still loving the dipe? I just ordered a size 2 custom fitted.. and i should have asked you BEFORE buying it, but it is still not too late to cancel if you hate it for some reason!
Let me know! Thanks girlie!

I have a fitted plus a PUL shell. The fitted has longer "arms" than the PUL shell so it actually fits her better than the shell. She had originally made me the PUL diaper with the inserts because she thought I wanted an AIO, but when she found out she had made the error, she made me a fitted outside and sent it to me. While she was at it, she made the arms longer at my request, because I felt like Kaya would outgrow it too quickly. So she was VERY nice and quick.

Okay, I just changed my mind about how I answered the rest and am now retyping an entire paragraph, LOL.

Let's see...the diaper itself it pretty nice and definitely fits Kaya with no problems. It's held up very well in the wash and is pretty easy to put on her. But I think the doubler and soaker combo is too bulky. Personally, I think putting an LJ or some other doubler in their place would be preferable. With Kaya I need extra soakage, so I can't just use the fitted part alone, but when I put both the doubler and soaker in the diaper, it just seems so bulky on her. In fact, the combo is so thick that the diaper doesn't quite snug around her legs when they're in there. I haven't tried other inserts, because I put it on the swap and wanted to keep everything as new looking as possible. However, maybe I should try that?

Here's some pictures if it'll help you picture the design. I can take better pictures of specifics, if you like.

If you want to try it out before buying, you should cancel your custom and I'll send you the diaper and all parts so you can try them out. There just sitting on DH's piano right now (don't ask) along with the rest of the diapers I have on the swap, so you may as well get something out of it. :)

Thankyou!!!!!! Thankyou!!!!!
Ok, I just emailed her to cancel the order. I think it will be way too bulky for my liking... the trifold PLUS the other one will be too much! Note to self. ALWAYS ASK ON THE BOARDS BEFORE MAKING IMPULSE PURCHASES. I am usually a Baaaaaa and follow along after the pioneers post reviews! This new laptop of mine is making me browse and do too much damage!!!
thanks eileen... hopefully she doesn't mind my cancelling!

Hee, hee, I know what you mean! Yes, I do all my work on the laptop, LOL! Yes, I suspect it would be too bulky (way!) for you. Organic Cotton is all well and good, but in general, it's not absorbent enough for my soaker. The only OC diaper I currently have is the OCV Curious George made by Tykie and it works great! :)

Oh, as for the Baaaa, I ended up getting a Calico Baby because of you ladies. :P

We can actually use our neighbor's network. It's especially nice when we're sitting in their garden, next to their Koi pond, with the running water and the nesting ducks, etc. :D But DH set up their network and they know we can use their network, so all's well.

Oh, and completely off topic, but remember how we went with your rec on the mattresses? Sleeping on a dying air mattress (and tonight on our old futon), I am loving/missing our mattress even more! (FIL is visiting.)

We switched to a laptop a year ago. About 2 months ago, we bought a 2nd. DH and I just couldn't stand it when the other person was using it. Now we each have our own and we are happy :).

Glad you are loving the mattress! I am trying to find a way to send a message to the neighbours computer to say 'PUT A PASSWORD ON YOUR NETWORK, YOU HAVE BEEN HACKED'.. but i don't know how to get to his computer. grr.
