Awww, I love you guys! I was going to post it this weekend and then we were busy and then everything with Beth, etc. But, on Friday we were given the "go ahead" to make our travel plans!

So, we are traveling this weekend to pick up little miss Mari! Honestly, we're both in shock I think. LOL! All those last minute things that we just assumed we'd have time to do...you'd think after nearly 18 months of planning we would be ready! lol

There is a slight chance we may have to bump our travel plans if we don't get her visa in time so cross all your fingers and toes!

She will be 8 months old next week, and the current plan is to have her safe and sound at home by Wednesday! :D

I know I have a lot of people's emails, but if you want me to send you access to our pickup trip blog, go ahead and PM or email me. I will have one set up with password protection so I just don't want to post it publically.

Oh, I'm so glad you've gotten the go-ahead! Keeping all my fingers and toes crossed for you so that she can actually come home this weekend! She is such a cutie and she has more hair than Kaya! :)

ETA: I just saw your video of the first meeting, and it brought tears to my eyes, especially during this difficult time. Thanks so much for sharing it with us. She looked so sweet and alert in both yours and Liam's arms!

Thank you so much for sharing. Your video brought tears to my eyes, and it's so awesome that you're so fluent in Spanish. I just started taking conversational spanish through my church so that was fun to watch :-) Mari's room is just lovely and I want to come and play with your diapers!
