I had to share. "I" have been CD'ing for about ? 2 weeks. Well yesterday I had to run out for a while and when I came back DH informed me Nathan had a dirty diaper and he changed him. He put him back in his prefolds used the snappy and dumped the diaper. I was so amazed. He had watched me but never done it. His only comment was... I have a MBA ...did you THINK I couldn't figure out how to operated that bungee thing. I am so proud. ( little things make me happy).

is he available to rent out to train other dh's? mine could use quite a few lessons. he will take off the cloth and put sposies on, and if it is poopy it is waiting for me when i get home. heck i even have a few hh, you think he could work velcro, he does on the sposies. i couldnt imagine him trying to use the snappy. good for your dh! you are lucky :)

Hee, hee, isn't it great to have a DH like that? I can just hear my DH make a comment like that! Actually, we started from Day 1 when I was under orders to stay bedbound as often as possible, so I showed him how to do the snappi once and he figured it out from there. After 2 weeks he was showing ME tricks. :)

Yay for your DH! I've always thought it was ridiculous when dads claim they can't do CDs. (No offense, Becky!) They can drive cars, use computers, perform challenging jobs, etc, but they can't figure out a silly diaper? Umm, no, that's a stupid excuse. My DH has never complained about cloth, but he's never had a choice. We've only bought 3 packs of sposies in 14mo, none in the last 7 months.
