Recommend-Best Diaper Bag but reasonable.

I would like to register for a diaper bag and/or purchase on my own. But regardless I don't want to spend alot of money. This is our first baby due in August.
*How many diaper bags is too many?
*I want to get the Peg Perego (orange) to attached to my stroller and one to tote around.
*I need help I'm confused.
*I also don't want it to look like a typical/traditional diaper bag.
* I heard vinyl is the way to go.
Any thoughts?
