colors bleeding from cover

I need any suggestions... I have a beautiful red wool cover. Fits DS perfect. The first time he wore it his hemp fitted turned red/pink. I email the wahm and she appoligized for not sending instructions and is making good on the problem. I followed her instuctions of washing and rinsing in wool wash. I have a hand wash mini cycle on my washer so I know it was rinsed well and I did a second rinse. Dryed it over night and tried it again. Pink/red diaper and onsie again. I re washed and 2x rinsed again. If it bleeds again what can I do? The color isnt fading from the cover. Is there anything I can do to set the color?
