Pull on diaper covers - Nylon or Vinyl?

I was hunting on ebay and Best Buy Baby has nylon and vinyl diaper covers. Which do I want? Is one more breathable than the other? I thought I was told that nylon is breathable - is that true?

These are Dappi covers - how do they run size-wise? Gunnar is hovering between 21 & 22lbs right now. TIA.

Nylon is soft. Vinyl is the crunchy plastic old school stuff my mother put on me. Buy the nylon.
