Photo issue?

I've been away and missed the discussion on photos of our little ones being stolen. Can anyone update on what we are to do to protect our kids?

No Yahoo group yet, as far as I know, but I did post a picture of Kaya a few days ago with large copyright writing, but I removed it after a few days.
