Do u think Lucy Hope Chest AIOs are bulky?

I am thinking of trying a LHC AIO with kaylee. but wondering if they are bulky? or can u put them under clothes. also do they run big small or true to size. kay is about 20-21 lbs and is 17 rise 16 waist. wondering what size would work for her.

A medium should fit just fine. I have a LHC fitted and it is very trim so I'm guessing the AIOs are too.
