I think it's only fair, since I complained about the quality of the FB 2nds I bought on ebay, to follow up in regard to the CS.
The people who run the FB outlet (Not affiliated w/ MOE I came to learn - I thought it was MOE who listed those auctions on ebay, but it is not) were very nice and fast in their response. They replaced the two FB's I had that had repelling fleece with 4 new ones that have the thinner fleece, and they shipped them to me very quickly.
Just my little PSA. ;-)
